Install it like an app
Once it is on your home screen or dock, 2Fin opens in its own window, and on a phone it runs full screen. There is no app store involved.

Web app: Take it anywhere.
For 2Fin on your phone and laptop with nothing to install. Your records sit in your account and follow you, and it needs an internet connection.

2Fin is free to start. Premium is US$23 a month (US$222 a year), ELITE+ is US$42 a month (US$432 a year) and AUTO+ is US$54 a month (US$555 a year), billed in US dollars.

Do I need to download anything to use 2Fin online?
No. 2Fin runs in your browser at app.ai2fin.com. Create a free account and start there, on any device. Adding it to your home screen or dock is optional, and opens the same app in its own window.
Can I use the 2Fin web app on my phone?
Yes. It works in the browser on iPhone, iPad and Android. Add it to your home screen and it opens full screen, like an app, with the same records you see on your laptop.
Where does the web app keep my records?
In your 2Fin account, encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS. That is what lets the same records follow you from your phone to your laptop. If you would rather keep them on your own computers, the Windows app does that instead.
Can my accountant see my books in the web app?
Yes, if your accountant uses 2Fin’s practice workspace. They send you an invitation link, and once you accept they see a read-only summary of your year: totals by category, your tax-deductible total, unmatched receipts and the ledgers you send to. They cannot change anything, every read is logged, and you can remove access at any time. You can be on any plan, including Free.
Does the 2Fin web app work offline?
No, it needs a connection. To work without one, use the Windows app: it keeps your records on your own computers and works offline.
